This is a 6-week program that I programmed 3-workouts per week. Each workout you'll do a mobility warm-up, followed by a "primer set", two strength set, a tri-set, and a cool down. This is the program I had my in-person clients go through, and their results were so good, I had to share it!

These workouts include dumbbells and a barbell, (I provide modifications if you do not have a barbell). They will take you anywhere from 35-45 minutes start to finish depending on how much rest you take.

This manual lays out all the workouts for you, and includes the workout calendar. I included this for those that want to go at their own pace without the videos OR for those that like to have the written workout open while doing the videos.
Each workout comes with a full follow along video that I filmed in the gym for you. That means, press "PLAY" and do the workout with me. Each video provides you with a rep-counter, rest periods, modifications for exercises, and lots more.
Since we cannot train in person, I decided that the next best thing was to provide you with coaching videos around some of the exercises so that you know exactly how to do each move. This is how I show and teach my in-person clients the moves you'll be doing on the program.
