ABOUT THE PROGRAM

30-Days, 5 Days Per Week, with 2 Progressive Phases
Duration: 30 Minutes
Equipment Needed: NONE!

CardioFIIT utilizes both Aerobic Training (lower intensity) and Anaerobic Threshold Training (high intensity), so that you are working both forms of cardio. We will be using my strategic "1:1 Ratio" of Bodyweight Strength to Cardio Exercises so that you can get more toned and defined, in under 30-minutes.
